Opportunities for Research and Innovation Leaders at Sheffield Hallam University

Sheffield Hallam University are looking for up to 40 leaders in research and innovation with the experience to help grow the research and taught programmes of this excellent institution.

Applications are currently being considered for fellowships in the following four key areas:

  • AI, data analytics and robotics
  • Lifelong health and wellbeing
  • Climate action and energy
  • Inclusive and just society

As illustrated by their strong portfolio of health-related research, Sheffield Hallam carries out high quality interdisciplinary work by bringing together a number of research groups including the Advanced Wellbeing Research Centre (AWRC), Sport and Physical Activity Research Centre, Lab4Living and the Centre for Applied Health and Social Care Research (CARe).

Within the theme of Lifelong Health and Wellbeing, child health technology has been identified as one of the priority areas for research and innovation. There is an opportunity to help grow the research and taught programmes of this fantastic institution in a city that is not only home to one of three standalone Children’s Hospital NHS Trusts in the UK, but to the global first National Centre for Child Health Technology, aiming to open in 2025.
