NHS-Accredited Digital Transformation by Design Foundation Course this October

This NHS-accredited online course will take place over six days starting this October and will provide individuals with the foundational knowledge and experience essential for running a successful transformation project from beginning to end. The Digital Transformation by Design course is suitable for anyone that works in health and social care with an interest in digital transformation and offers 18 CPD points.

The modules in this course cover a wide range of tools and methods you can apply right from the beginning of a project at the discovery and design stages, to the later stages of user testing, implementation and assessing impact. Participants will:

  • Learn how to conduct user research and improve decision making
  • Understand how to test, prototype and implement solutions with measurable impact
  • Be ready to manage your own people-centred digital transformation projects
