Delegate passes include:

  • Access to all conference sessions and ‘on demand’ content across both days and for one month after the end of the conference; and
  • Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points and certificate of attendance.

STUDENT DISCOUNT

We are pleased to offer a 20% discount for students wishing to attend CHT2023. To allow us to process this fairly, we kindly ask delegates to apply via letter signed by a member of university staff. Please send this, and a summary of the information requested in the form below, by email to Event Management team at enquiries@eventmanagementdirect.co.uk. Please do not complete the booking form using the link above if you wish to apply for a student discount.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations received in writing by the Child Health Technology conference organising committee no later than 17:00 on Friday 27 October 2023 will be entitled to a full refund minus a cancellation fee of £20.

We regret that we cannot offer refunds for cancellations received after this date.

Substitutions may be made but they will incur a £20 administration fee.

No refund will be made for non-attendance.

The conference organising committee is not responsible for any associated costs.
