Opportunity to exhibit at the RCPCH 2020 annual conference

We would like to draw your attention to an opportunity with our partners at the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health.
The RCPCH Annual Conference and Exhibition is the UK’s largest child health event.
The theme for 2020 is Innovating for Child Health and the exhibition will feature a Tech Zone dedicated to showcasing the latest technological innovators working at the leading edge of health technology for children.
The Tech Zone is situated in prime position at the entrance to the exhibition space and exhibitors will have the opportunity to engage an influential audience of decision makers as they arrive at the event.
This is a perfect opportunity to get your innovation in front of the audience that matters and opportunities for collaboration, guidance and development can be sought and nurtured.
DATES AND DETAILS
Conference dates and times:
Delegate and exhibitor registration opens at 7:30 on all days.
- Setup: Monday 27 April 2020 from 14:30-20:00
- Tuesday 28 April: 08.00 – 19:00. The Exhibition Hall opens at 09:00.
- Wednesday 29 April: 08.30 – 17.30.
- Thursday 30 April: 08.30 – 16.30 (Exhibition Hall shuts at 15.00).
Stand costs:
The costs for one 2×2 stand is £2,100 + VAT.
Stands are shell scheme and come with furniture, power, lighting and two full passes for the conference. The price includes lunch and refreshments for exhibitors.

ABOUT THE RCPCH CONFERENCE
There were 1530 delegates at the RCPCH Annual Conference last year (1600 including speakers and other attendees).

This year we are expecting 2000 attendees.
